This week sees the start of two new modules which will be running in parallel. Most of our students will be starting the Science of Medicine module with a week devoted to Clinical Genetics. We are delighted to have Professor Mary Porteous and Dr Wayne Lam as our specialty tutors for this week.

Six of our students will be embarking on a block of elective modules, starting this week with Renal Medicine, followed by Clinical Education in the new year. Professor Neil Turner, our programme director, will be leading the renal module. These are two module options from our Diploma year, and more elective modules will be available from next year.
